The RELAN software is distributed with all rights reserved and no guarantee of fitness for any specific purpose or function. We'd also like to point out, that RELAN (as of October 2022) is considered to be in a BETA stage of development and there might be errors, bugs or inconsistencies that will not be present in the final product once development is completed.

End-User License Agreement (EULA) of RELAN Software
Effective as of October 26th 2022
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between the user and Rainer Maderthaner ("Owner"). This EULA governs your acquisition and use of our RELAN Software and its packaged contents ("Software") directly from Rainer Maderthaner. Please read this EULA carefully before completing the installation process and using the RELAN software. It provides a license to use the RELAN Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
By downloading and using the program, you confirm that you have read the agreement and that you agree to all points
of it as stated with no reservation. If you use the free trial version of the RELAN Software, this EULA will also
govern the use of the trial version. By downloading and installing and/or using the RELAN Software, you are confirming
your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA statement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have
the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority
or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install or use the Software, and you must
not accept this EULA.
This EULA shall apply only to the Software supplied by Rainer Maderthaner herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any updates, supplements, internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
License Grant
Rainer Maderthaner hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the RELAN Software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
You are permitted to transfer the RELAN Software to a device (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the RELAN Software. You are not permitted to:
- Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission by of the copyright owner
- Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
- Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national, or international law
- use the Software for any purpose that Rainer Maderthaner considers is a breach of this EULA
Intellectual Property and Ownership
Rainer Maderthaner shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of any nature whatsoever in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Rainer Maderthaner. Rainer Maderthaner reserves the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.
Security (Privacy Statement)
To receive a license for the RELAN Software (non-trial version), it is necessary to complete the registration process. The personal data received is strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties. The personal data is used for the discreet allocation of the license as well as for the notification of new updates or possible program innovations, if the user agrees thereto via the opt-in for e-mail notifications.
Some personal data may need to be retained for a certain amount of time as legally required for fiscal documentation and inspection by government entities.
The licenses issued through the website are individual licenses, group or company licenses are issued separately.

Warranty
The user acknowledges that no warranty or liability is assumed for the use of the RELAN program, the resulting uses and the results obtained from it. Although - as well as possible - the provided user manual should enable the correct use of the program, misuse cannot be ruled out. In no event shall the owner of the program be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the software.
Copyright
Rainer Maderthaner is the sole owner and creator of the Software which does not infringe in any manner from patent, copyright, or trade secret of any third party.

Guarantee
Rainer Maderthaner guarantees - to the best of his knowledge and belief - that the software developed does not infringe any copy rights, patents or trademark rights and that the program is based entirely on his own development.
Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Rainer Maderthaner. Termination will also revoke license for use of the Software granted to you.
It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue will endure past any termination of this EULA.
Severability Clause
Should any provision of this contract be rendered invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with an effective provision that comes as close as possible to the invalidated provision.
Governing Law
This EULA, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international and the Austrian laws.
